When inspecting the vehicles to be repaired, the inspector shall inspect and test the appearance of the vehicles according to the driver's report and the documents provided by the vehicle unit.

　　(1)車輛通行能力:檢查車輛外部是否有損壞或油漆層脫落，車身或駕駛室門窗、玻璃、鉸鏈、門鎖、把手等是否有損壞。是完整和有效的。

　　(1) Vehicle capacity: Check whether the outside of the vehicle is damaged or the paint layer falls off, whether the body or cab doors and windows, glass, hinges, door locks, handles, etc. are damaged. It is complete and effective.

　　(2)安全:轉(zhuǎn)向、傳動(dòng)、制動(dòng)等機(jī)構(gòu)有松動(dòng)、泄漏、缺陷等現(xiàn)象。

　　(2) Safety: There are loosening, leakage and defects in steering, transmission and braking mechanisms.

　　(3)基礎(chǔ)件:缸體、變速器殼體、前后橋、車架變形、開裂嚴(yán)重。

　　(3) Foundation: Cylinder block, transmission housing, front and rear axles, frame deformation, serious cracking.

　　(4)輪胎:檢查輪胎是否有異常磨損現(xiàn)象。

　　(4) Tire: Check whether the tire has abnormal wear.

　　(1)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)油壓和冷卻液溫度正常，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在高、中、低速的情況下沒有聲音。

　　(2)離合器是否打滑、抖動(dòng)和分離不完全現(xiàn)象。

　　5. 后橋是否有異常聲音。

　　3.對(duì)車輛進(jìn)行二次維修前，應(yīng)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)診斷和技術(shù)評(píng)估。附加作業(yè)和小修項(xiàng)目應(yīng)根據(jù)結(jié)果確定，并與二次維修一起進(jìn)行。

　　3. Test diagnosis and technical evaluation should be carried out before the second maintenance of the vehicle. Additional operations and minor repairs should be determined according to the results and carried out together with secondary maintenance.
